Counselling Date – Updated on Website – www.luvas.edu.in After Exam .

Counselling Venue – Veterinary auditorium and committee room, Dean, COVS, LUVAS Hisar .

Instructions for Counseling

List of Documents to be brought at the time of Documents Verification (ORIGINALS and two sets of photocopies of these documents):

1. Matriculation and 10+2 Certificate.
2. Admit Card of 10+2 Examination.
3. Resident Certificate (Haryana, Riwasa /GNCT/J&K/KM), if applicable.
4. Character Certificate from the Institute last attended.
5. Self-undertaking by the applicant who has passed 10+2 examination as a private candidate.
6. Gap undertaking, if any.
7. Reservation Claim Certificate (FF / ESM / PwD / SC / Deprived SC / BC-A / BC-B / EWS / Kashmiri Migrants / J&K Residents).
8. Latest Income Certificate issued on or after 01.04.2021 by the candidates of BC-A / BC-B categories.
9. Certificate for non-availability of Detailed Marks Sheet, if required.
10.Two colored Photographs similar to the photo uploaded on the application form.
11.Copy of Aadhar Card.
12.Copy of Parivar Pahchan Patra (Family ID).
13.Other if required, as mentioned in the prospectus.

Note : All the Documents including Photocopies of the certificates must be self-attested.

Note : Fees and other charges shall have to be deposited by all the eligible candidates at the time of document checking During Counselling; otherwise the seat will be declared vacant . Candidate will come along with him/her self all type of original documents during counselling.
